The Bottle Cancellation policy

We do not currently take deposits or pre-payments for general reservations so no-shows or cancelled bookings with us will not result in any fee payments. Please help us maintain this system by letting us know at least twenty-four hours in advance if you need to cancel a reservation.

Please arrive promptly at the specified time of your booking. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time without notice, you may lose your table.

We allow all bookings an allocated time of 2 hours from the time of your reservation unless otherwise agreed when making your table reservation. You may be required to vacate your table beyond this time allowance. If you require a booking of longer than 2 hours, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
